We are a group dedicated in EMPOWERING individuals to achieve their goal in the UK. Our Training Centre provides a comprehensive range of quality training in many fields of endeavors, ranging from Health and Social Care to Customer Service, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Teaching, Security, Assessors and Quality Assurers (IQA) courses and many more. Mandatory and Short Health and Social Care courses are also provided in addition to Continued Professional Development programmes in various areas.
The Training Centre parades a team of highly qualified, competent and professional Instructors, Trainers, Assessors and Quality Assurers who are very experienced in their respective fields and are highly skilled at taking into account, the needs of individuals with different skills, abilities and experience.The Centre is accredited by a number of highly recognized Awarding Organizations and we consistently deliver to all levels of staff, from new recruits to Senior Executives and cater for a wide range of capabilities, from those with Basic Skills needs, to those who have top level technical qualifications. Some courses are government funded and hence are offered free to learners.

We are also Training Consultants as we provide training solutions to various organizations. We support individuals and organizations to set up new businesses like Training Centre, providing the necessary advice documentation and expertise needed and we carry out Need Analysis and Assessments on existing businesses.

Part of the profit from the Training Centre is channelled to the Empowerment Arena CIC. We run Back to Work or Back to School and Excel Projects. Under the projects we render services to enable people get back to work or get back to school. The Arena also provides support to kids in Maths (English to be added sooner). We support application with UCAS and Personal Statement construction. We again offer quality Information, Advice and Career Guidance to people particularly locals and assist them in deciding how best to progress in life. Information on employability and support with the preparation of curricullum vitae, interview skills as well as help with job applications are given. In some cases we act as recruitment Agency where we source for jobs at no cost to the parties involved.
